As the super-powered descendants of coupled aliens and humans, the WildC.A.T.S covertly protected the Earth from the extraterrestrial invasion of the Daemonites and their plans of world domination. But after finally ending the alien threat, the disillusioned and splintered team of super-heroes unceremoniously disbanded on bad terms. Now, amid feelings of distrust and animosity, the mercenary Grifter, the size-manipulating Maul, the shape-shifting Voodoo, and the android Spartan are forced to reunite in order to take down a megalomaniac who is using the Daemonites' technology for his own plans of planetary conquest.
