"Public Works" part 2 of 5. Matty has infiltrated a terrorist cell determined to disrupt any and all construction sites owned and operated by the shady Trustwell, Inc. In the process, he also develops a close friendship with a female member of the group. But when he discovers her plans — as well as who is funding them, Matty soon realizes he's once again in over his head.
