Harley Quinn’s been causing trouble for Batman and the heroes of DC for quite a while now, but she certainly wasn’t around in the early Renaissance. That hasn’t stopped Birds of Prey and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn from channeling Sandro Botticelli’s The Birth of Venus for its latest round of one-sheets, however. Yesterday, the Birds of Prey social media accounts shared the newest group poster, which was clearly a riff on Botticelli’s most famous work. It turns out that was just the beginning, though, as today the movie dropped seven different character posters that are also in the vein of Botticelli’s Birth. (No, not his literal birth. Ew.)

Harley’s there, of course, along with her four birds—Huntress, Black Canary, Renee Montoya and Cassandra Cain. But the posters also include Victor Zsasz and Roman Sionis. Hey, who says bad guys can’t be beautifully painted?

Check out all seven posters, plus yesterday’s group shot, in the gallery below.

Birds of Prey, directed by Cathy Yan and starring Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, lands in theaters February 7, 2020.
