Batman: Gotham By Gaslight, the newest entry in the popular animated series of DC Universe Movies, had its premiere screening this weekend in Washington, D.C. as a part of the 2018 “DC in D.C.” event. But if you found yourself in the wrong city (or even the wrong coast) to attend it, you might be in luck.

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment is hosting a special Los Angeles premiere of Batman: Gotham By Gaslight at The Paley Center for Media on Monday, February 5th. Along with a full screening of the movie, filmmakers and members of the voice cast will be in attendance for a post-screening panel discussion.

The Paley Center for Media in Los Angeles is located at 465 North Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills. The screening will begin at 7:00 pm.

Live in or near LA and want to go? A limited number of free tickets are available to the general public.

To get your hands on some, all you need to do is RSVP via email to GaslightLA@gmail.com.

Don’t worry about sending us a long, loving message. All your email needs to include is the (1) name of the entrant, (2) a valid email address, and (3) the number of tickets being requested (limit four per entry). Go on and keep their entry simple. Here’s an example of exactly how it should look:

Tickets to the event will be distributed on a “first come, first served” basis, and fans will be notified via email. Please do not submit more than one request.

Also, we should mention that Batman: Gotham By Gaslight is rated R for “some violence,” so you’ll probably want to leave the young kids home for this one. Anyone under 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.

For anyone who doesn’t know, Batman: Gotham By Gaslight is based on the classic Elseworlds graphic novel written by Brian Augustyn and drawn by Mike Mignola. It takes place at the turn of the century as America’s continued industrial revolution is to be showcased at a World’s Fair hosted by Gotham City. But while the world prepares to witness the glittery glory of Gotham’s technological advances, there is a killer loose in the city’s darkest shadows. As Police Commissioner James Gordon tries to calm the fears of Gotham’s citizens regarding the butcher called Jack the Ripper, the masked vigilante Batman enacts his own detective work—with the help of confident, capable Selina Kyle—to stop the Ripper’s murderous spree. Witness a world in flames as the notorious serial killer’s controlled savagery meets the calculated stealth of the Dark Knight.

Bruce Greenwood (Batman: Under the Red Hood, American Crime Story, Star Trek) reprises his role as the voice of the Dark Knight in Batman: Gotham By Gaslight. Jennifer Carpenter (Dexter, Limitless) makes her DC Universe Movies debut as the voice of Selina Kyle. The voice cast also features Scott Patterson (Gilmore Girls, Justice League Unlimited) as James Gordon, Anthony Head (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Merlin) as Alfred Pennyworth, Yuri Lowenthal (Batman Unlimited, Young Justice) as Harvey Dent, John DiMaggio (Futurama) as Chief Bullock, William Salyers (Batman vs. Two-Face) as Hugo Strange, and Grey Griffin (DC Super Hero Girls) as Sister Leslie, plus Tara Strong, Bob Joles, David Forseth, Chris Cox, Lincoln Melcher and Kari Wuhrer in other voice roles.

Batman: Gotham By Gaslight will be released February 6, 2018 by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment on Ultra HD Blu-ray Combo Pack, Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD. It will also be available to own on Digital HD starting January 23, 2018. But if you want to see it with an audience and many of the movie’s stars and filmmakers in attendance, you know what to do!
