DC Entertainment concluded their panels at WonderCon 2016 with a SUNDAY CONVERSATION WITH DAN DIDIO!

DC Entertainment’s Co-publisher Dan Didio had an up-close-and-personal panel with a large group of fans to talk about everything DC, Vertigo, MAD, and much more!

Drop-in guests on stage were industry pros and fan favorite writers Jimmy Palmiotti (HARLEY QUINN) and Scott Snyder (BATMAN), which got a huge round of applause from the crowd. DiDio thanked everyone for coming out to the show on the 3rd day of WonderCon.

First topic of conversation was DC's Talent Development Workshop that Snyder is heading up. He's so proud of the new voices in the industry and is looking forward to developing the project over the years to come.

Next up DiDio and Palmiotti talked about meeting each other in a comic book store in Brooklyn, only to discover they lived in the same building. Palmiotti was already writing and getting comps on a regular basis, so entrepreneurial DiDio supplemented his comic collection by snagging comics out of Palmiotti's comp box.

Didio opened questions up to the crowd to truly have a conversation with the audience. Continuing the tradition of his Sunday Conversations, Dan had everyone in attendance swear that anything discussed would stay in the room. The front row immediately put down their phones and closed their laptops. No more live tweeting! The crowd really jumped into the conversation and talked comics. First purchase, favorite issue, and more. This was truly a panel for fans.

Following the press event yesterday in which the details of DC’s Rebirth were shared as well as the many talent teams that will be involved, the eager crowd waited to hear more about the exciting change coming this June. DiDio and Snyder and Palmiotti talked about how change and growth is for the fans - they're so excited for people to read that's coming up in June.

And this concludes DC’s panels at this year’s WonderCon 2016! DC hopes that you were just as excited as us for all the fun reveals, first-looks and exciting announcements of what’s to come!
