The Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards, considered by many to be "The Oscars" of comic book industry awards, unveiled their nominees for the 2016 ceremony this week, honoring a number of key DC Entertainment titles and creators. The winners will be named at Comic-Con International: San Diego, the largest and oldest comic convention in the United States.

The awards are named for Will Eisner and honor comics creators and works in 30 categories. Awards will be handed out for best writer and artist, best limited series and best single issue—among many others.

DC Entertainment congratulates all of this year’s nominees.
