DC Entertainment Garners Ten Eisner Award Nominations Including
Multiple Nods For MISTER MIRACLE And THE FLINTSTONES
The nominees for the 30th annual Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards was announced today, and DC Entertainment has earned 10 nominations! Celebrated as “the Oscars of the comics world,” for three decades the prestigious Eisner Awards has celebrated the industry’s very best releases and talent.
For the 2018 ceremony, MISTER MIRACLE and THE FLINTSTONES both earned nominations for Best Limited Series, while writers Tom King and Mark Russell and artists Mitch Gerads and Nick Derington also were recognized for their stellar work. Plus, letterer John Workman also received a nomination for MOTHER PANIC and IDW’s RAGNAROK.
Chosen by a highly lauded panel of judges and voted on by industry professionals, this year’s winners will be announced at the annual ceremony at San Diego Comic-Con.
