Damien Darhk's attorney tries to convince the judge Darhk is actually an average Joe from Markovia. It's a fictional country in Europe and was first mentioned in THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD #200. The nation led by the Markov family was home to Terra and Geo-Force. On Arrow, Markovia was mentioned as a possible hiding spot for Count Vertigo and was the destination of an A.R.G.U.S mission.
