SUBMISSION RELEASE & WAIVER: By sharing a submission, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old, or at least the age of majority in your state/territory, and you understand and irrevocably agree that Warner Bros. Discovery, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and licensees (collectively, “WBD”) has the right—not the obligation—to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute your Submission with your name, likeness, voice, and any facts, information or materials provided by you, in the WBD podcast, “DC Studios Showcase,” and in any synopses, advertising, marketing, publicity and promotional materials in connection therewith (collectively, the “Materials”). Such Materials may be used in any manner or media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world in perpetuity, for any lawful purpose, including to promote and publicize WBD and its products, services and events in accordance with our Terms of Use. You also agree that WBD may use any personal contact information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You hereby irrevocably release WBD from any and all claims that you now have or may ever have in connection with WBD’s use of the Materials and your Submission.

SUBMISSION POLICY: By sharing a Submission, you also agree that your Submission complies with our Terms of Use, including specifically the DC Code of Conduct and Unsolicited Submissions and Feedback policy found therein.

EMAIL: If you choose to provide your email address, you also agree that WBD may use any personal contact information you provide to contact you about your Submission in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
