The storyline is called “Robin Rises,” so you knew that eventually Robin would be returning. However, which Robin was always something of a question. Well, today we finally got our answer, by way of Batman and Robin writer Peter J. Tomasi.

Yes, Damian Wayne is returning, and according to BATMAN AND ROBIN #38’s solicitation, he’ll be boasting some super powers of his own. We’ll have to wait a bit longer to get a better sense of how Damian returns and what powers he’ll be wielding, but for now, we can all enjoy the issue #38’s glorious cover, drawn by series artists Patrick Gleason and Mick Gray.
