DC All Access, the weekly webseries that takes you deep into the world of DC Entertainment, returns with brand new episodes next week. While we await the show’s return, we thought it would be fun to look back at some top DC All Access moments from 2013. Join us each day as we highlight some of DC All Access’s best moments—as chosen by you, the fans!

When we asked you to vote on your favorite DC All Access moments, we really didn’t know what would make the Top Five. However, we had a hunch that this memorable segment from the debut episode would land near the top. To commemorate the 75^th Anniversary of the Man of Steel, Zack Snyder premiered a brand new animated short that followed Superman from his debut on the cover of 1938’s Action Comics #1 all the way through DC Comics – The New 52 and Snyder’s Man of Steel. Tiffany interviewed Snyder about this landmark piece of animation, while we published an official list of annotations that correspond with the short and explain its many references.
