DC All Access, the weekly webseries that takes you deep into the world of DC Entertainment, returns with brand new episodes next week. While we await the show’s return, we thought it would be fun to look back at some top DC All Access moments from 2013. Join us each day as we highlight some of DC All Access’s best moments—as chosen by you, the fans!

When was the last time you’ve been excited to go to the library? Well, apparently it was on November 26th of last year. That’s when Blair took DC All Access viewers on a tour of DC Entertainment’s highly restricted and rarely seen library archive in New York. Librarian Steve Korte guided us right to the good stuff, including a Jack Kirby original cover for Superman’s Pal Jimmy Olsen (that remarkably didn’t fully pass muster with DC Editorial at the time), a copy of Whiz Comics #1 (featuring the first appearance of Captain Marvel) and the granddaddy of them all, a beautiful copy of Action Comics #1.
