We spent the weekend surrounded by thousands of amazing people who love comics, we just posted the latest episode of our webseries devoted entirely to the world of comics, and now we’re looking ahead to tomorrow where we’ll be treated to a big stack of brand new, hot-off-the-presses…COMICS!

Yes, we’re always a little comic book crazy around here, but tomorrow’s a big day even by our standards. After all, it’s not every Wednesday that you witness the birth of a brand new superteam.

Jeff Lemire and Mike McKone take us to the Great White North, where in the wake of Forever Evil a new team begins to take shape. Justice League United is a brand new, epically scaled ongoing featuring a diverse team of heroes including Green Arrow, Martian Manhunter, Supergirl and the new Cree super hero, Equinox. Also, there’s a lot of snow. Seriously, a lot. We’re not entirely sure how these guys can deal with the Canadian cold wearing nothing more than their usual costumes, but we suppose after you’ve faced down the Crime Syndicate, frostbite isn’t something you live in fear of.

Justice League United kicks off this week with a special zero issue. But if that’s not enough to get you running to your local comic shop, remember that tomorrow also marks the debut of the new Flash creative team. Yep, along with the Speed Force, the Scarlet Speedster is now powered by the team of Robert Venditti, Van Jensen and Brett Booth. And if you’ve seen our cool new interview clip with Venditti from WonderCon, you know that they’re bringing along a friend: Wally West! The story begins this week with THE FLASH #30 and continues in next week’s THE FLASH ANNUAL #3. Don’t miss out!

Of course, you also shouldn’t miss Jonah Hex’s return to the past in All-Star Western, the start of a new storyline in Dead Boy Detectives, the latest gripping issue of Batman Eternal or any of the other amazing comics we have coming out next week!
