Did Harrison Wells Call his Daughter Jesse Quick?

Harrison Wells calling his daughter Jesse quick might seem innocent enough or maybe just a fun nickname. But for comic fans, the name carries with it some serious speedster associations. The superhero codename for Jesse Chambers, the comic book version of Jesse Quick is a major Flash ally, hero, and super-speedster that first appeared in JUSTICE SOCIETY OF AMERICA #1. The daughter of two superheroes, Jesse possessed at different period of times her mother's super-strength and her father's super-speed.

Earth-2 Hood Unmasked: Robert Queen!

Even though fans might know Oliver Queen as the Hood—his vigilante moniker during Arrow's first season—on Earth-2 another person carries the quiver: Oliver's father Robert Queen. According to the news report heard in the episode, Oliver died instead of Robert while on the Island, leading father instead of son to become the hero the city needed. A similar series of events happen with Batman in the Earth-2 comic book series, which saw Thomas Wayne becoming the Dark Knight after the death of his son, Bruce.

See you next week!
