Meet Officer Liza Warner

Known as "Lady Cop" from her debut in 1ST ISSUE SPECIAL #4, Liza Warner joined the police academy after witnessing the murder of her two roommates. The character only featured in a hand-full of comic book appearances, but her sense of justice always remained strong.

Neal Adams

Although the Neal Adams of Palmer Tech works in Data Processing, the Neal Adams of our world worked in comics—most notably on BATMAN and GREEN LANTERN/GREEN ARROW. Along with providing art and designs for one of the most definitive runs with the character, the Will Eisner Comic Book Hall of Famer Adams is also credited for giving the comic book Oliver Queen his distinctive goatee.

George Papp

Named after artist George Papp who worked on the very first Green Arrow story from MORE FUN COMICS #73, Papp Stadium not only gets name dropped on the show, but is also a well-known landmark of Star City from Green Arrow comics.
